Dr Sheila Strover BSc (Hons) MBBCh MBA was a co-founder of the Droitwich Knee Clinic and The Knee Foundation (educational charitable trust). In 1995/6 she led a project that won both DTI SMART and SPUR awards for innovation of a number of arthroscopy training models. She is also the person behind the KNEEguru website and the 'Doodlepad'.

Many years of involvement with knee surgeons, surgical trainees, physiotherapists and KNEEguru patients has resulted in a broad understanding of the needs of all these groups.
